If you mean DAB, then I am not aware of any.

If you want to listen to digital radio stations, such as 6music, then any 3G
phone with realplayer will fit the bill. My N70 certainly works well.

You can get streaming TV on a 3G handset.

If you mean recieve TV pictures the only phone I have heard of was the Virgin
Lobster. Not sure if it is still available, and the broadcast standards are up
for review.

Virgin have said they are stopping their TV over DAB service quite soon.

But the Lobster will still be able to receive the DAB (radio) stations
even after BT Movio (TV) closes down in January.

I'm pretty sure the Lobster is (was) the only phone with a DAB
receiver built-in - iirc Virgin were flogging them for about 30 quid
before the Movio's closure was announced. Not bad for a PAYG Windows
smartphone with DAB, but its a particularly ugly beastie, and probably
network locked to Virgin.

Also, Virgin don't seem to be selling them anymore, so 2nd hand is
probably the only option unless you can find a Virgin store with old
stock.
