Twin Active SIM Phones

Hi everyone,
I know these exist as seen them on ebay from China. Made by CECT. Not sure
of their quality, so though to ask first.
Is there any phone available that does what I want.

2 x SIM Active together
WiFi capable (To use VoIP when near a hotspot)
3G capable
2M camera
MP3/MP4 player
Can have Java games installed.

The build quality is far better on most of them than I expected, firmware is
a little quirky.

Yes, quite a few of them are now capable of doing this.

I haven't seen any yet that support wifi.

Nope, they seem to have a problem producing UMTS handsets.

Thanks Richard. There the ones on ebay, advertised as twin sim. There a
little large for my liking. I do however like the TV one. But its analogue
so not much use for TV in a year or so.

Be aware that these things cost about £50 (or less depending on how good you
are at haggling) in China. Whilst they're quite clever and useful, don't be
expecting miracles.
