Unlock V545

I have a Motorola V545 which is locked to Orange. What is the best
(cheapest and most reliable) way to unlock it?

Phone up Orange and ask them for the code, it should cost about £20 or so,
but not sure.

Find someone with a SmartClip and get them to unlock it. Any decent
independent should have access to one and should charge no more than £10 to
do the job.
