Default Using two BT devices at once?

Is this possible? Having a phone paired to a Bluetooth headset and
also paired via Bluetooth to a laptop? If so - what makes/models would
support it?

most phones can do that, i have a n73 which connects to my bluetooth
earpiece and i can browse the files on my n73 as well

My sony erricson K750i has a setting in bluetooth options called power save
which allows one or multiple connections to the phone at a time .
