V620 MMS question

I have a new nokia 6233, and sent a video mms to a Motorola V620.
When it plays on the motorola, i get sound only,
Is this due to the nokia using a video resolution size that the
motorola cant cope with, or as the moto hasnt been used for mms before,
is this a config isssue with the V620?
