Think he means 'data provision' as in a data package that gives unlimited
(within reason) data for a set monthly fee, rather than having to pay by the
Mb which can become very expensive if you are doing anything that requires
moving more than a few Mb around.
Try running somthing like a Google Maps on a Virgin Mobile phone, and see
how long it takes before you need a new mortgage...
