Default Virgin website down?

Has anyone else been unable to access their account on the Virgin website
for the past week or so?

The website produces an "Oops" message saying that there's a technical
problem which is being fixed. Problem is Virgin technical support know
nothing about the problem and it's been like this for a week.

Doesn't inspire confidence in Virgin if they're unable to provide a basic
web service (or fix a problem when it occurs).

Gareth.

Thanks. But are you able to log in to your account on the website. The
website works okay for me until I try to do this then I get that crappy
"Oops" message with a picture of a teenage girl with bleached hair and
strippy top which seems to appear more often than not with a whole range of
Virgin Media websites. They can't even produce a professional looking error
message.

Gareth.
