Default voda insurance

How soon do they replace a damaged phone through the cover me insurance? If
I report it at 10:00 will the replacement come the same day?
Also do they then add £25 to the next bill as an excess?

It would help if you looked at the contract you have or on the site. You
could always phone or email, there are many different ways.

If it's stolen you need to report it stolen to Vodafone within 24 hours
of reliasing otherwise the claim is invalid. Then you need to report it
to the police within 24 hours and get a crime reference number otherwise
once again, the claim is invalid.

If it's lost you need to make sure that you report it to vodafone as
soon as you realise it's missing, you don't need to contact the police
for a lost phone, despite what customer services might say.

If you want you can pick the phone up from any vodafone store, as
long as it's in stock, I lost my phone 11am one day, had a new one
with my old number by 4pm the same day.
