Voda's Sarin on churn
9:41AM Thu 16 November 2006
Vodafone prepay churn has hit almost 50%, leaping from 37.5% in March
this year.
Despite the jump, the network's chief executive, Arun Sarin, dismissed
the increase and said he had prepay subsidy under control.Sarin told
Mobile: 'In prepay the general trend is up because people are moving
into a multi-Sim environment where people carry more than one Sim. We
have got strong disconnection policies, so if you don't use our Sim over
a certain amount of time, we disconnect you.'

So does this mean he accepts that people are getting the phones unlocked
to work on a variety of networks?
