Vodafone Online Shop and PACs

Their redesigned shop does not seem to have any field to enter your
PAC. Their help says that you give your PAC when you have selected your
phone and plan, and yet there is nothing.

I was helping a friend order a new phone and we got right to the end
and still there was no way.

Has anyone else had this problem

I just ordered a phone but 4 days ago, there is definitely a
space to put the pac code in, add the stuff you want the the
basket etc, and then put in your details, then the box
requesting the pac code is on that page.

Or just ring the direct sales team on 08080 408 408 and
they'll do it all for you, you can get the same deal over
the phone as on the web.

I am just coming to the end of an 18 month contract with them in which I
Think I was Diddled. I was supposed to have free News, Football and Movie
preview Videos but never got them. The day I ordered the website was Iffy
(to say the least) so rangthe direct sales team who assured me that all
would be included.

After several months of trying to get the matter resolved I gave up (life is
to short to spend being passed from Department to Department for hours on
end). The constantly argued that as the Phone and tarrif were not ordered
via the web then web Deals did not apply.

This is why in 34 days time I shall be washing my hands with Vodafone
