Vodafone PAYG problem

Anyone having problems with Vodafone PAYG today?

Got 2 PAYG phones, signal OK, credit OK, balance check works, but can't make outgoing
calls from either (get an almost solid hum when I try). The phones can receive calls,
and I can make outgoing calls from my company Vodafone, so the network isn't
congested. What can be going on?

Yes. The Prepay account manager has gone titsup.com and 2
HLR's are currently down.

Engineers working on it etc etc etc no time scale should be
fixed soon.
