Default Vodafone problems today

Were there problems on Vodafone today? A couple of our staff said that
when they made a call, the destination rang once and then the call cut
off. I was also having this while debugging a VoIP phone on site and at
the time I put it down to the problems I was trying to fix.

Ta.

Were there problems? Not half, I say. National issue, apparently.
Random users affected. Bloody nuisance.

Default Re: Vodafone problems today: Changes?

I've just spotted the announcements (which were annoying anyway) which
were played before a call was diverted during call divertion, have now
gone.

It now just pauses for a moment and rings the number you're diverting too.

I was going to ask them to see if that could be changed on my account,
but i thought it was a waste of time calling up as it wouldn't have been
in their script!

This changed for anyone else?

http://www.theregister.co.uk/2007/09...twork_failure/ would
appear to provide an explanation.
