Default Vodafone UK down?

Anyone else having trouble? Calling from Herefordshire. All voice calls
(to BT, Orange, TMUK, Gradwel) numbers fail with either 'not available'
or 'unassigned number'. Calls to their Contact us number 08700 700191
make it through the hideous menu but do not get connected to an
operator. But text messages seem to be working.

Their head office is in Berkshire and was flooded out
yesterday, so that could have something to do with it!

Maybe it's a problem with my local base station then. Very heavy
flooding here, following 110 mm of rain yesterday. Took me the best
part of a day to drive back home from Hampshire. To be fair, the Voda
network served us well during that time (as did BBC local radio) and
outbound voice calls only started failing when I finally got home.
Inbound calls are still working.
