My contract ends beginning of June and I've upgraded to a nokia 6233 free.
I was paying £16 for 75 mins, Stop the clock and 100 texts. Changed to £20
for 75 mins, stc, and 250 texts when I upgraded.
I'm now on my 4th phone as all have had various faults etc. They have
offered me other handsets which are more expensive for me on upgrade than
they are for new customers (on the website) on the same price plan that I'm
on. How can they expect people to upgrade with these charges?
Is there any way that I can get them to reduce the price of other models?
Also, if I have another 6233 can I now try and get a better deal on my
priceplan as £20 a month for 75 mins 250 texts isn't great. When I ask they
said it will be £25 to have more minutes and "we have to stick to that".
How can I haggle it down if its possible? Is it too late because I have
already "upgraded"?
They like putting me onto 14 day returns but they don't seem that bothered
when I mention leaving - this 4th handset that I have now is also faulty.
Any advice / experience / tips on what to say greatly appreciated
