Vodafone "Web & Walk" Type Tariff

Does Vodafone do a T Mobile "Web & Walk" or 3 "X series" type tariff. I have
looked at the Vodafone site but can't find any. I have a Pocket PC and never
exceed my 75 anytime minutes and 100 texts but I do surf a lot and use Skype
via GPRS. The X series tariff seems quite good. Could I get a take the SIM
out of the Nokia N73 and put it in my HTC TyTN Pocket PC - it is 3G capable?
