Default Vodafone's New Voicemail

I've had one of my Vodafone phones on their new voicemail since around
November time but my other phone has yet to change- still using the old
mailbox system.

Any ideas if everyone's voicemail will change? Or is it only for certain
customers?

If you want it, ring customer service, ask them to disconnect
your voicemail, then dial 1211 to reconnect it, voila, you'll
be moved over to the new voicemail.

Eventually though everyone will move over.

I wouldn't have thought so, from what they told me they were
switching off their old servers and eventually everyone would
be merged over.

Oh well, I liked having a separate 07 number which went straight to my
voicemail box.

You could always sign up for Vodafone Mail www.vodafone.net that would give
you a separate 07 number for your mailbox.

HTH

Excellent.

Thank you.

I hadn't realised that was the difference between one phone and
another.

Sorted now.
