Now I install the voip softwave in my PDA phone,but no sip account。who
would share the free sip account for me? thanks

It's one of the newer uk.telecom.* groups (along with .broadband). You may
need to ask your ISP or news server provider to add it.

Hardly new, it's been up since 6th May 2005. If any news server hasn't got
it by now, then I'd suggest they've got serious problems..!

Agreed, but "newer" - than uk.telecom and .mobile groups.
Also, 163.com is in China. No doubt that newsgroups on UK telephony do not
rank highly in their list of groups to carry.
