W300i, PEBL or VS6?

Hi, I have to choose between the SE W300i, Motorola PEBL and Panasonic
VS6 and was wondering what people's experiences with them were.
Specifically:
1) How easy is it to transfer contacts/messages off the phone via
Bluetooth and PC software?
2) How long is the battery life?
3) How robust is the 'flip' mechanism?
4) Does it make a sound when you flip it open and is it possible to
customise the sound?
