My wife's RAZR has a lovely solid metallic feel about it whereas my Sony
Ericsson W300i feels too lightweight and plastic.

But, as far as well made, neither creak. I'll let you know what they're
like in a couple of years time. My money is on the RAZR's metallic case
getting scratched whereas the replaceable Sony Ericsson W300i case, I can
swap that if I need to...
