Where's the best place to get a mobile from?

Can someone tell me where the best place to get a mobile from is?
Onestopphoneshop (and e2save) dont seem to have as good deals as they
did before.

What are you looking for - best phone or cheapast cost over 12 months?
Are you after a contract or just PAYG?

Also there are a lot of good deals around at the moment (you just need
to know where to look!) with the best in my opinion being a Nokia 6280
with 12 months free line rental (after cashback) that gives you 400
anytime minutes and 250 texts per month.
