Can someone tell me where the cheapest place is to get a SIM free PAYG
phone?

Not interested in functionalities of phone: just need a phone.

OR: I'd be willing to consider a network attached phone that is easy
to unlock.

Nokia 1600: I can get for £28.99.
Is this easy to unlock?
Else... how much would it cost to unlock in the shops?

If you spend £30 or more on Credit, you can call Virgin and request a Unlock
Code. They'll either send it by email or as a letter via the post.

We have PAYG phones starting at £9.95 + £5p/p. Not listed on the
website, but avaliable if you call us.
