Default X Series on 3

Do 3 offer a trial anywhere of their X Series service?

I'm interested in signing up to use ORB but would like to try it first.
I'm not looking to try it for free, I just want to try it before subscribing
but I can't access it unless I subscribe to their X Series!!

Steven.

If you have a Three contract you can try the X-Series without taking out a
12 month contract, try for a month then call to cancel at the end of it, but
you'll end up keeping it. I can be without it now.

And now Fring works with N73. On top of the X Series Skype, you can now dial
SkypeOut via Fring. Although there is latency, it's good for international
calls, as Three charge more then they should for calls to 08 gateways.

Already got Fring loaded on my N73, just wish the 3 Skype app could chat to
skype contact as well as dial.

Been trying to get EQO working on my N73, but the browser or the Nokia
Installer wont let me download the Java app for EQO, keeps disconnecting me.
Managed to get the jar app from somewhere else, but wont let me manually put
my EQO ID & Password in?

Is it using 3G data, the same as Fring, for VoIP stuff?

I found a lag of around one second on Fring for Skype to Skype and five
seconds for SkypeIn.

Finally got EQO installed, but its not so much of a standalone skypeout
caller as Fring, with EQO you need to have your PC on and download an app to
your PC for Skype to work. Emailed EQO Support and there working on a beta
to fix this, but using it for multiple MSN/YAHOO/AIM/Jabber IM. Have 3 MSN,
1 Yahoo & 1 AIM account setup. I've had Migg33 Plus! for a while for MSN &
Yahoo, but it was totally unstable, I'll see how this one goes.

What are really need is the 3 Skype app with chat and a stable MSN/Yahoo/AIM
IM Client.

Thanks for that. Pity they don't let you use the services as a pay as you
use them as well.

Steven.
