Depending on which mobile operator you come under, they may be able to
block these premium rate services (although IIRC only one of them
bothers their arse doing so)
Try sending a STOP message now, and retain that message in the phones'
memory, and if you don't get an itemised bill, it might be worth doing
so to prove you've asked them to stop.
You then have an auditable point from which you shouldn't receive any
more - and if you do, it should be easy to refer this back to ICSTIS
(although personally, I think the phone operators and the police should
be getting involved with these).
