Default 056 code lookup

A friend of mine was calling an 056 number with her VOIPcheap account. She
was getting a lot of echo and so I thought there must be another way... Is
there a way to find out which VSP is behind the VOIP number? I looked it up
at e164.org and there was nothing listed, and magsys.co.uk's codelook just
said 'VOIP'. With PSTN numbers it at least tells you which company owns the
number block. Is it possible to find this out for 056 numbers?

FWIW the number began 0560 196....

Cheers,
Theo

hi

This telephone number just means the termination provider. It could
even be a fake number that generated from the softswitch. If you are
lucky, you could meet those number's user again.
