C475IP with BT BroadBand Talk

Is it possible to configure the Siemens C475IP phone to use two landline
numbers - the default BT landline number and the BT Broadband Talk
number via its VOIP connection to the BT Home Hub?

If so, would anyone have instructions on how to do this?

Yes, but you do it in the hub.

Plug C475IP into hub.

Plug hub into line.

To dial IP number - short press
to dial BBV number [including code] - long press
to dial BT PSTN - 5 long press - number (or variations thereon).
