im sure , using multiple email addresses
must be against there terms and conditions
and certainly against the spirit of giving you free numbers

If you look on their site......

May I reserve two telephone numbers and use them with one phone?

Yes, but not with one account. There are devices which do this for
example Sipura or Asterisk, and they allow for multiple numbers

Yes Siemens Gigaset allows up to six and a land line.
