Default Getting some revenue from Voip customers.

I set up a internet system for a small camp site and I have some
customers who pay me each month for a connection to it. I also
installed some voip adaptors for them, so they could have a phone. At
the moment I just give them Sipgates details, they set up an account
with them, and I set up the voip adaptors with the sipgate details
they are given, from there on they deal with sipgate direct for paying
their account.

It looks like the camp site is going to expand, which got me thinking
that rather than just earn some money on the initial installation of
the voip equipment, perhaps I should be looking at earning some money
from the calls they make after the installation.

Question, how easy is it, and what is involved (in simple terms) to
achieve my aim?

Regards
Mark in Spain

Simpler just to charge for wi-fi access - which will be protected with a
password.

If you charge for calls you will need to take the risk of non payment and /
or hacking round you.

Any charge is likely to lead to customers just using their mobiles or
running VOIP over 3G.

If you're already making money off the wifi and they need the wifi to
connect to a VoIP service, then you have to wonder if it's really worth the
bother. What sort of numbers did you have in mind?

There are probably some wholesaler's VoIP services you could sign up to re-
sell, but if you're asking a basic question like this then I suspect you're
going to find there's a bit of a learning curve to it!

Easy,

Just get a branded reseller system from XeloQ.

A friend of my parents got that and makes money on it. it works for him;
browsing their site tells me they got over 120 resellers.

www.XeloQ.com
