Default Help with Linksys Voip

Hi
I have SPA 1001 Phone Adapter by Linksys and Sipura Phone Adapter Model SPA
3000.
I want to connect one end to my home phone # and the
2nd adapter to take with me in my traveling and use my home phone # .
Can someone help and tell me how to program this system?
