Anyone know what the cheapest way to connect to ISDN lines for asterisk is?

If you have a single "point to multipoint" (i.e. bog standard ISDN 2e)
connection, an AVM Fritz! board (sometimes rebadged as BT Speedway)
takes a lot of beating. It won't support multiple "system access"
(point to point) multiple lines with DID (like a PABX where the same
MSNs can appear on more than one connection) - you'll need an
(expensive) active card for that ...

The BT Speedway board typically goes for less than a tenner on eBay.
