having free calls if you can't hear anyone properly...

Nothing to do with JDVoIP. It's your set up. Get that right and the
quality is fine.

Then you had the settings for JDVoIP set wrongly. If set according to
their instructions, all works fine.

Well a very polite man has been calling on my mobile to get information
to investigate further.
Think they tried again a little earlier, but the o2 network (my mobile
is on, and wont be for long) has been having major problems today, so he
may have had problems getting through!
