PAP2 configuration for Sipdiscount

Hello

i'm new to voip calls and i bought a PAP2 and would like to configure it to sipdiscount. I'm sitting behind a belkin 54G wi-fi router and i live in Sweden. Would anyone be kind enough to give me the step by step configuration to it. I have tried but was unsuccessful.
