No you have to dial the 020; sorry if I was not clear. Is this the case
with BT and other OLO 020 numbers? Simply dialing 3nnn nnn should work
just as 7nnn nnn and 8nnn nnnn do, right?

3nnn nnnn works OK on TalkTalk.
