South Carolina, all you have to do, is claim you
thought a child was 14 or older. They have to prove
it in court, before any action is taken.
Pennsylvania Law.. If it's a relative, it's incest,
and filed as a felony misdemeanor.. Six or so months
of probation. (Hard slap on the wrist.)

They police their own grounds.
Most child abuse, is just a slap on the wrist.
As long as you abuse them within the reserve,
neither local or federal Government can do anything
about it... do to a technicality in the peace treaty
