Default SIPDiscount down?

I can't make calls via my SIPDiscount VOIP at the moment, the phones
(C475IP) just say "No IP Connection".

I don't know whether it is connected but I am trying to sign-up a family
member to Smartvoip, one of the betamax services. The sign-up
registration fails indicating a 'network error', which I don't think is
at this end.

Also, trying to verify a landline CLI on an existing SMSListo account
for another family member also fails with a 'network error'.

It looks like they have some failure in their complex. Maybe they will
fix it on Monday if they don't see any sign-ups over the weekend.

It was back on Monday so I guess something got fixed.
