how can i change the settings if i'd like to improve the quality of
the voice while calling? In particular what should change?

The OP was posting at 4:58pm, just because he is currently in a TZ that is
GMT-7 it appears that the post was sent at 12:58am.

Whereas, you on the other hand, actually were posting at 1:02am Local time.

Looking at Roberts posting history, he appears to be of Italian OEM.
