It's believed by people in certain countries that employees of certain
telecoms companies monitor forums and newsgroups for proposed
solutions, in order to stay a step ahead.

Some new approaches are said to have been disabled within a couple of
days.

on our lives, turns into a huge thread between you and Ron. Net effect:
Spam is amplified.
