SPA 3000 cuts off PSTN calls

Hi Guys, especially SPA owners!

I have followed the Nerd Vittles guide to setup an SPA 3102 with
Trixbox. All's working fine except that inbound PSTN calls are cut off
within about 10-15 seconds.

I have seen some guides that refer to a few tweaks for this but would
appreciate the insight of anyone who's dealt with this before.
