Through "conventional" means, I don't believe so.
However, the way I do it is to remote-access into my DECT phone and
disable its IP connection, then use the Ekiga softphone on my laptop to
log in to my Tesco account and call *123 from there.
Of course, not quite as convenient as being able to dial in from a PSTN
phone but it's one way of getting the messages.

I don't know of a way to access the service via PSTN. However, using the
following link, you can load the account into a webrowser and then dial
*123 to hear messages.

well - why dont you use the tesco voip client for your laptops, thats
very convienient !
