Default tmobile block sip calls , is there a port change setting at pbxes.org that would enable the voip calls to come through via mobile data?

I'm new to voip calls etc , i do have a three sim that i can use also
, they allow sip calls via mobile data .

But i would like to be able to use my tmobile sim android phone , any
port address settings i can change at pbxes.org to by pass tmobile
blocking the voip call ?

I knew that this was their policy but I rang them to object anyway. They
give you data but then they don't allow you to use it in the way you
want. I'd like to see that made illegal. If you buy data you should be
able to use it for anything. What they want is headline figures of how
much data they are giving you, fully in the knowledge that you aren't
going to be able to use it. Not all of us are interested in using data of
Facebook etc.
It isn't just a port change job - that would be far too easy. You can get
round the block, I've done it, but it isn't easy and I don't currently
bother - though I'm working on a longer term solution. Fring worked at
one time on SIP but I'm not so sure that it still does.
The best thing is to move networks. That is my intention. A friend
demonstrated Sipdroid to me, on O2, and the quality was good. So, I'll be
looking towards O2 when my contract is up. I just want to be able to
receive calls on SIP.

i have a three sim , on 10.00 a month 30 day contract , perfect for
sip works a treat , i use the bulit in android sip client , bria do a
very good client for iphone it is ment to be very battery effecient ,
alas the android version is ment to be no where near as good.

i shall try fring later with my pbxes sip account see if it connects .

the tmobile sim i have is ment for the iphone 4 , i have put it in a
sim adaptor , paid 10.00 onto the sim and you get the choice of free
internet for 1 year , perfect for me , i use it like a dongle , use
the phone at home on wifi for sip , fingers crossed i can get round
the tmobile/sip issue with fring or maybe nimbuzz .

Why would anyone want to tell T-Mobile which ports and IP addresses to
block?

Why would they particularly want to overload a data network with
unsuitable traffic at the expense of their own unsuitable traffic?

okay tried fring and nimbuzz , no joy on t-mobile 3g.......but oddly
enough , although no use etc , i set my phone to 2g while i'm not
using to save a bit of battery , i called my sip number and guess what
!!!! it rang while on t-mobile 2g........but of course 2g is no good
for sip alas... might be a useful piece of info to someone...perhaps
the ports used for 2g are different to 3g....!!!
