It is in the VoipCheap app that you can download form the website.

Register your incoming number through the PC application.
I had to fiddle around with DTMF setting to get the tone to be
acknowleged when voipcheap.com dialed back for tele.number authentication
then...
on My Draytek it's the following
"Display Name" 01179118139
"Account Name" 01179118139
"Authentication ID" Login name for account
"password" account password
Don't forget to un-install PC application or at least stop it from auto
logging on.

Ah, so I've got to go and find a copy of Windows then?
Here's another important tip to get CLI working with voipcheap:-
[extract from a tip posted here in March2007 by Philippe Deleye]
Register your landlines as descrobed but make sure you use the
format 0044 xxxx, not in the format +44 xxx
The latter will work for verification, but not for CLI..

Forgotten to do that a few times... Took me a while to figure out why the
phone wasn't ringing...

I think the format +44 also works now although I wouldn't hang my hat on
it...

If you are using Linux you could, perhaps, try installing a Virtual
Machine to facilitate this. I have read accounts of VMs working with
Asterisk on Linux so the VoipCheap application may well work too.
I too find it annoying that many organisations only do Windows, but
then there are still many web sites that only work in MSIE even though
something like 25% of Europeans now use an alternative browser.

And some companies don't give their employees a choice. Our place installs
IE on the network and that's what you're stuck with as they use a virtual
desktop so you can't install anything else even if you wanted to.

As far as I remember i did that by logging in to my account and select
something like shoe outbound caller ID.
Is that option removed?

You don't need the software to register, you can do that online:

There is no option on the website that I can find to permit me to assign
outbound CLI. If you know otherwise I'd really appreciate a pointer to it
(URL, or "follow these menu items..."), please!

Forgive me, but I find it hard to believe that you don't know someone with
Windows who will let you download and configure the voipcheap application
then delete it.

Or Innotek's VirtualBox which is based on but a bit more stable than QEMU.
