Ouch.
You need to telnet to your router and makesure the SIP ALG is disabled.
Once you are logged in, the command is something like
sys sip_alg ?
will tell you the status
and
sys sip_alg 0 (or might be 1)
will disable it.
If the setting isn't there, then you need to upgrade to more recent
firmware.
I've eliminated all the draytek's from all the networks I have anything
to do with, so hard to check.

Different SIP platforms have different ways of doing things.
Common logic would say `works with provider A, doesn't work with
provider B` implies `fault with provider B`. This isn't always the
case with SIP providers.
Infact, provider B may be doing nothing wrong, but provider B does
something in a way that upsets the SIP ALG in your router (very very
common) or your SIP device.
Also common is that provider A has in place a workaround to fix
deficiencies in your equipment.
voip.co.uk and voipfone use completely different types of system.
