I take it you use the indirect callthrough where VoIP is impractical.
Voipgain charge a connection fee which effectively doubles the cost
of the first minute of a chargeable call.
OK if you make long calls I suppose, but voipcheap works out better for me.
You could set up your own private diallthrough easily enough, you can have
it hosted for free.
A Sipgate number in a pbxes trunk forwarded to an outbound Betamax trunk.is what I use,
You will lose a proportion of your free call allocation, but that won't matter
so much if you are using it to call chargeable mobiles.
