Default Who bought Sipura

Can anyone clarify the relationship between Sipura and Linksys and Cisco?

Who owns who? Did Cisco buyout Sipura?

Linksys is part of Cisco, the company bought Sipura last year and now
brands the Sipura ATAs & phones as Linksys.
