Default Roll Over Data

I'm curious what this universe thinks of the idea of offering a set amount of data in megabytes as a monthly allotment for devices like ipads and smartphones and then if that allotment is not utilized during the month the remaining megabytes roll over to the next month. Any thoughts on if this would be an offer that customers would be interested in?
