Cheapest provider

Hi
I am trying to find a voip provider that offers UK incoming numbers and offers FREE calls to USA mobile numbers.

The idea is that if someone want to call my UK inbound number I can pick up my USA mobile number for free .

I was only able to find voipcheap.co.uk that offers free calls to USA mobile numbers.

Please help.

I don't know if you can find any... you see, there are some costs with that, I don't think any provider might afford such a spending.

what I am using is pc 2 phone from nobelcom, which has a virtual number option. that way you could set up a virtual number for USA and get called there, so that you will have to pay just a UK to USA call. and as far as I know, they have pretty low rates!

According to my opinion it is not the best solution to choose the cheapest one because it can happen that the quality of the service would be not that you wanted. For example my company purchased an Ozeki SDK to develop IVR system. It is a really professional product and it is true that is a little bit expensive but we are satisfied with that tool kit very much.
