How install a phone from my House to other using wifi conection

Hi, i need install in other house my phone number and work like a same original phone line, what type a hardware i need to do this. I attach a picture that i already have and i put in red and ?, because i do not know what hardware i need, very important i have a very limited $$$, then i need a cheaper solutions.
