Arrow Phone-to-phone via internet hiding ID

Hello, via internet I use the program Voipcheap | Free voip calls are one step away! to call with my Chinese landline to landlines (phone-to-phone) in the Netherlands for at most EUR 0.02 per minute. I don’t use Skype, or other internet programs to make the calls from internet to landline, because the internet connection is too bad here in Shanghai.

So what is my question?

A lot of the telephones in the Netherlands have a recognition of the number that is calling them, for example they see the number +86 1111 1111 on the display. I don’t want them to see we are calling from China. So I want the phone in the Netherlands to display ‘private’ or ‘unknown’ when I call them. Does anyone know how, or with which program I can do this?

I called China Telecom to block the ID for my landline outbound calls. But according to them in China this is impossible. China Telecom know in Europe and USA there is this kind of service, but in China it is not available.

Hope someone can help me out!

Jeroen
