Problem with Linksys and sipgate

I have been using sipgate for a while, with a Linksys PAP2 adapter. It was working fine, until yesterday. When someone calls it, i can't hear the person, but he can hear me. Any ideas what might be wrong? I have made no changes to it, it just stopped working.
