Default QOS & VoIP

Im running an asterisk box accross wireless is there anyone who can help me with some QOS issues?

I have an asterisk box and one of my phones is on a wireless bridge with no QOS problems whatsoever.
If you have extensive traffic on the lan you need to either prioritize or separate it. The only way I know to do QOS is with Cisco or Adtran switches and routers.
