VoipCheapCom doesn't manage to send sms anymore

I'm having troubles using VoipCheap ( VoipCheap - FREE CALLS to regular phones over the internet! ): it can't send sms anymore. When I'm trying to send a text to someone's mobile, the program says: "A technical problem prevented this message from being delivered (4)".
It has been days since it started returning this error message... the calls, instead, work well. I can't find any serious help on the VoipCheap website, so I'm asking you for aid. Thanks,

Having used VOIPcheap successfully for direct calls for over a year, I tried SMS for the first time today. Altho' the system recorded that the messages had been sent successfully, none reached their destination and verification did not succeed ... altho' I notice that I have been charged for the calls. Waiting for an explanation from VOIPcheap!

i've used voipcheap to send sms before......apart from the few who said they didnt receive ma texts, it seems to be working fine mostly.....recently i saw the option of scheduling my sms for a date n time (to be sent).....i chose this cos i wanted to send sms overseas at a particular time and due to the time diff issue, this seemed like a useful option......i scheduled several smss in advance - like abt 20 or more (to be sent over a span of 2 weeks).....only to realise this morning that none of them have gone (espc the one scheduled for today)....does any1 know why? is it because i queued up so many sms? or any other reason?

I recommend all of you DON'T USE Voipcheap.com or any other voip phoneprovider from BETAMAX GMBH ,they ripped of customers,i heard this allready 3 months ago from my friend,they ripped of him for 200euro,he has a reseller account same as i have one but it seems now it was my time,they ripped me of 150euro, i payed them by online banking en by western union,after 10 days no refill on my account,and for sure i filled in the referencenumber as i always did.I used their feedback website but i never feel so bad,they got 3 times my instructions/details about the 2 payments to Betamax GMBH,but they wont give me any good answer ,only "this will be diffecult"
I cannot understand BETAMAX company after more then 2 year im their membership,and now they dumped their voipresellers in the trash,moreover BETAMAX ripped of their MONEY!! BE WARNED!!! IM PREFER YOU ALL TPAD.COM AND THEY CHARGE BY SECONDS

Scheduling SMS never worked for me. Even when I schedule SMS for a future time, they still get sent immediately after I click "send" (i.e., recipient receives them immediately, not at the scheduled time).
